The PayFEX Prepaid Mastercard® is a corporate payment solution that allows organisations to use prepaid cards for company expenditure and payroll – and it works as an incentive card.



Once your account is opened we’ll give you access to our responsive online portal. It can be used on any device, and will allow you to manage your prepaid cards and allocate funds to individual cardholders.
User portals

Our corporate admin portal allows you to:

  • Manage multiple cards from one account
  • Allocate funds
  • Issue physical and virtual cards
  • Monitor spend (real-time balances and transaction history)
  • Load and unload funds on expense cards
  • Allocate accounting categories and locations
  • Verify cardholders via our secure system

Our cardholder portal allows each cardholder to track expenses and view transactional data their current balance.

Cardholders can also upload receipts for each transaction made on their corporate card.

All our prepaid corporate cards are chip-and-PIN-enabled and branded with the Mastercard logo. We can provide both physical and virtual cards. We can send cards to you to distribute to your cardholders, or send them directly to your cardholder’s location.
